At 1238 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm nearOceana, or 11 miles northwest of Pineville, moving northeast at 20mph.HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.SOURCE...Radar indicated.IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow aroundunsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation ispossible.Locations impacted include...Oceana, Amherstdale-Robinette, Clear Fork, Kopperston, Coal Mountain,and Cyclone.
