AQAABQThe following message is transmitted at the request of the NewMexico Departments of Health and Environment, City of AlbuquerqueEnvironmental Health, and the Interagency Wildland Fire Air QualityResponse Program.* WHAT...Unhealthy air quality levels for sensitive groups due towildfire smoke.* WHERE...In the vicinity of the Blue 2 Fire, Including areas justnorth of Ruidoso to include Alto, Angus and Capitan.* WHEN...Tonight through Wednesday morning.* IMPACTS...For sensitive groups, limit intense or lengthy physicalactivity. It's OK to be active outside by take more breaks and doless intense activities. Watch for symptoms such as coughing orshortness of breath. For people with asthma, follow your asthmaaction plan, if applicable, and keep quick relief medicine handy.Watch for symptoms and take action if needed. For people with heartdisease, symptoms such as a fast pulse or heartbeat, shortness ofbreath, or unusual weakness may indicate a health problem. If youhave any of these, call your health care provider.* HEALTH INFORMATION...Remember, your eyes are your best tools todetermine if it is safe to be outside.
